Is it true that God discourages ALL other religions besides Christianity? Or besides Muslim, or Judaism? Are all other "deities" or gods and their believers sinful and not loving Yahweh or Jesus? What about the ones who never had a chance to know that God exists?

I haven't been baptized yet. I've read in the Bible that you won't go to Heaven if you are not baptized. I haven't gotten baptized because I don't know if I'm ready. Since I don't know when I'm going to die or when Christ will come, I'm scared that I won't be baptized by then. What do I do?
